Shipping

 

 All orders of $199 or more are delivered free of charge within Mainland New Zealand* to one single address only.

Where the incorrect delivery charge has been selected goods will not be shipped until the correct delivery charge has been paid. If you are unsure as to whether your address is rural then please use the address check website to confirm https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/

All purchases are sent by courier.  We use Aramex (www.aramex.co.nz)

Orders placed Monday - Thursday are generally dispatched the following business day, occasionally there may be minor delays but we aim to get these out at soon as possible.

Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be generally be dispatched the following Monday (Unless this Monday falls on a Public Holiday then it will be Tuesday)

 

Small parcels to North Island Urban addresses will usually be delivered 1 - 2 days depending on courier delays, South Island and Rural Addresses may take several days. Larger Bulk items will take 3 - 4 days delivery within New Zealand.

During busy times of the year, (ie sale & holiday periods) normal delivery times can be delayed, if you are working to a specific deadline please advise at time of purchase and we will do our very best to ensure your parcel gets to you as speedily as possible. 

 *At this time we only deliver to Mainland (North & South Island)  New Zealand with the exception of Waiheke Island where a Rural Surcharge applies.

  • For orders to Great Barrier & Other Surrounding Islands we will deliver freight to Auckland & your order can be picked up at the Auckland depot or a surcharge will be applied to ship to your location.
  • For orders to Chatham Islands we will freight to Wellington & your order can be picked up from the depot. We do not freight directly to the Chatham Islands
  • For orders to Stewart Island we will freight to Invercargill & your order can be picked up from the depot. We do not freight directly to Stewart Island.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Freight charges will not be refunded for orders placed with incorrect or partial delivery addresses. Please ensure you include full delivery details for your order.
